I like this start a lot, and the concept sounds great - look forward to more.

Hi Luke! I've read all your chapters so far (five)! It is a very interesting story: brooding, grim and violent... scary! I've written comments to each of the chapters. The last one is unfortunately much longer than I intended to. Don't hesitate to throw it out, but please, please let me know your thoughts. You can email me/PM me if you like! I will definitely be checking on new updates regularly.

I was delighted with your in-depth reply. I also was more than ever determined to read more... even if I have a natural built-in protection mechanism that tells me to stay away from too violent a story. It failed me until now and it will fail me whenever I read your hypnotic lines. Your story is well thought out, the lines are cool, direct and flowing... the pictures create an avalanche of emotions. You are without doubt an extremely talented storyteller. After reading Snake, I decided that there was only one remedy for it. I've put a link in my site as a token of respect. It also makes it easier to follow your updates. What's more, note (!) that I will read this story to it's bitter (or maybe not so bitter) end. I am hooked.

I'm sorry that I haven't been commenting, and also I didn't think more before throwing out the beta reader idea - I'm far too involved with Valley at the moment for that and I'm terribly sorry. But now I am off to get caught up. And I'm glad that Moondaisy gave you some of her wonderful comments.

Okay, went and got caught up.
OMG. It's awesome. You're doing great and it's coming along wonderfully well and honestly - honestly I'm quite humbled by the idea that my little story inspired you with yours.

I'm enjoying your story very much, and I hope you don't mind, but I've put a link to your story on my blog (I'm really bad about never asking before I do it, lol).

Well done! Left a message on your site. I have great admiration for the way you tell a story. You have got me shivering and hiding in the city... don't want to meet Adam and don't want to meet Eve. But I hope her sister and Dina will be alright... If I was there, I'd fight against terror right beside them!

Hi Luke! Read your blog this afternoon and I'm all up-to-date now! Left comments on your site, but just wanted to say here that after the breathtaking suspense you create so well I've got no fingernails left!

Hi Luke! Read all the way to chapter twelve and left comments on your site. I feel almost sorry we are nearing the end, at the other hand I can't wait for everything to be revealed. It's such a riveting story!
