1 - Go to Wikipedia. Hit random. The first Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to quotationspage.com. Hit random. The last four or five words of the last quote of the page is the title of your album.
3 - Go to Flickr. Click on “explore the last seven days.” Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.

Okay, so I didn't exactly pick my photos that way, because I wanted to use the Creative Commons page, because most of the Explore photos I found were all copyrighted, and I felt icky about it, lol! (I know, who would really care? But still...) So I chose a random page of the CC instead. Here's the CC page, if anyone else wants it: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/Anyway, yes, this was fun! I might have to do more later, lol! photo by Ma.reikiphoto by Dhony SilvaAnd this also made me realize that I'm going to have a lot of fun designing my own book and chapter covers for my indie series!

Oh, fun! One of my friends posted this on Facebook a couple of days ago and tagged me. But then I went to do it and had the same problem Laura did with copyright, so I'll have to try it again with something from the CC page.
I should use this method to come up with a band name for my Sims, if I ever need one.

Yours all sound so normal, and like they could be real bands. I think I have the weirdest most unpronouncable band name. It's a tumour affecting infants and young children usually under 3. Quote is by Harry S. Truman. Picture by sperktant.

These are all awesome I'm just about to run out for class, so I don't have time to whip up a new one just yet. This did, however, circulate around Facebook a while ago, and I managed to find the one I ended up with back then: I might make a new one when I have a moment to kill

Good job! I want to do one, but I can't be tied down by your rules! Well - okay, so I will do one the traditional way. And I will also do one for my dream band and album name. Hoopty showed me this video once, and it had two tags. And the tags are perfect for a band/album name, so like for a year I've been telling John that we're going to make a band and put out an album.

Couldn't have planned this better, when the guy's shot popped up as the third choice, it fits. I will be having an upcoming plot down the line with a rock guy, think I will use the title of this album~

Wow Beth! That is totally a CD I'd pick up and want to listen to!
Drew - that is so much appropriate, it couldn't get more appropriate!

That is a great picture. Goes with the album name brilliantly hooptytrib and Drew.
SB I think you'res has to be the best so far for likeness to an actual album.

Pink, total random stuff. I think the girl with the zipper in her mouth was supposed to be not giving away her smile.
Not crazy about the quote from Nietzsche but that's what I got. I love every single album here!

I really couldn't resist this one. There is nothing like Yogi Berra and a giant female spider is there?

This looks like fun. The name of the band is from a 1952 Italian movie but I don't know the translation. If anyone is well versed in Italian, I'd appreciate it. The funny thing is that I've been thinking a lot about Italy late because of playing Assassin's Creed 2 and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. I'm now obsessed with going there some day. The non-bold text is from the person who took the picture. Picture courtesy katie ruthh @ www.flickr.com/photos/katieruther/I may use the quote in an upcoming post. It sounds great, doesn't it? Feel free to take it since it's from Unknown. =)

I took Italian last year. Only class I've ever failed in my life :S But I can tell you with reasonable certainly that "figlio" means "son". Not sure about Lagardere--it looks like a verb infinitive, but that wouldn't make any sense in context, so I'm going to guess it's a proper noun, probably a geographical location. In that case, I would assume it's literally "the son of <a particular noble family?>". That's just my guess, though--like I said, I failed the course, so my word is far from gold. These are all so awesome
