The Rahmani Legacy

The Rahmani Legacy is a very plotty and text heavy story about an alien chosen by her government to establish a family in the town of SimVille in a planet far from the reaches of hers.

Akiho Rahmani had several restrictions; many of which have been broken through out the generations. Hopefully the intergalaxtic police aren't checking THAT well.

- No one is allowed to know of her history.
- The star tatoo on the heir's face is actually a telepathic device that allowed Akiho to keep tabs on her descendants. She's not permitted to tamper with the device to communicate with her descendants.
- The family must survive for 10 generations.

At the conclusion of the legacy, Akiho will be provided transportation back to her home planet to share all evidence and documentation to her government. Failure to complete the legacy results in her soul remaining in SimVille for all eternity.

To anyone that adds me to their friends page on LiveJournal, I deeply apologize. I'm unable to properly figure out how to use the "div" tag. I tried in generation 2 + 3 and finally took it out completely because it wasn't working. So, prepare for my full chapters to appear on your friends' page. On a positive note, I tend to only have 10-15 pics per chapter. So not a long loading time.

Ok this sounds very interesting! I'm still reading through another story at the moment but yours and DB's legacies/stories are both next on my list to read!

As for LJ, there is no "div." If you want to cut, you use <lj-cut text="your text here">. It's built into the coding for LJ.

OMG, I have so many legacies I need to catch up on. I have 12 tabs open up in one of my FireFox windows just of Sim Legacies (for the last 4 days). I keep rotating between them, trying to catch up on some of the great work out there.

And then I'll be stupid and open up a forum like this one and see another one I like.

So, take your time getting to mine. I still got 3 generations left.

EDIT: Ok, thanks for pointing out about the "lj-cut". Maybe if I use the right tags, it will work. Haha. I'll have to play with it later.

I agree; really interesting development. It does make me laugh that the Rahmanis, for all their darkness and drama, have froggy wallpaper.

dbloveshermac - I absolutely adore Blasius, my villain. He gets stronger with each generation; out-witting my heiresses and my founder, but things never go exactly to plan even for him.

rad - Can't really tell in that pic but the seat cushions are froggy pattern with white background and so are the rugs in the room. That picture is taken in Galen's room. I need to pic spam him. He's forever looking at the camera all dreamy with those adorable violet eyes. Out of all my characters, he's the most carefree. I haven't decided whether to keep him around when he turns adult or marry him off - course the latter idea might be difficult considering his favorite past-time is reading.

Yes, that's exactly it. Nothing goes according to plan in this legacy. Its going to be interesting how the next generation comes about; I haven't worked out the details with that yet.

So call it a leap of faith.

I broke up with my fiance and am now two thousand miles away from my East Coast homeland. I tossed/gave away most of my personals, including my computer so I have to recreate the neighborhood.

I'm not sure the move was due to love or craziness, but it feels right.

As such, the Rahmani Legacy will be taking a few unexpected twists. Due to storylines and the introduction of some NPC characters, I won't be following some of the basic legacy rules...thus no more scoring. A short snippet of what is to come is on the front page of my livejournal. Generation 8.

Chapter 8.1 Detachment is up!

Sorry about the wait. Its been a hectic couple of months. I'm not too happy with this first chapter but am I ever? It feels like my favorite chapters are the last of each generation.
