So...I'm a doofus. I'll just begin that way. I've downloaded the Vanishing Object Script and the OMSP and the OPHs, etc.. And I can't get them to work. I have the same exact problem as listed in comment #45, and the guy says he resolved it ( comment #46), but because I'm a doofus I can't interpret what he is talking about. Can anyone help me? *hangs head in doofus shame*

Hi Rachel! You're not a doofus. Just to troubleshoot, what are your other mods? Did you change your CC set-up to the new mode after the Ambitions patch came out?

Tesseracta: Thank you, ever so for trying to help me (because I really am a doofus). I have no major mods (no Twallan's Supercomputer or Awesomemod, etc.). I have Shimrod's No Martial Arts Clothing mod, and....that's actually it. The rest are objects or accessories. I did not change my CC set-up--my mods folder is still in the Sims 3 folder.....is there a page that outlines how it should be set up? *hopeful*

I had lots of trouble with CC too when Ambitions came out. There was a big change with where you put the package files and frameworks and such. This guide gives steps how to clean out the old way. This link tells you how to install cc the new way. You also might want to clean out your cache. Make sure you backup your saves and package files, etc. It's kind of a hassle, but not hard to do if you follow the instructions carefully. Good luck!

Tesseracta: Thank you!! I will work on this and report whether I'm able to overcome my usual doofus-ness. Edit: Yay!! It worked perfectly! Thank you SO much Tesseracta!
