Yup - read it, have as yet to comment on it, because I read it going out the door for my course. and have only come back now and I have no spoons left. But I will comment! Sorry it took me so long to comment. You are awesome.

Thank you Kiri. I meant to say, I did read that spoons story you posted. Though when I first read this, I didn't even think to wonder what you meant by "spoons" lol!
That was a very moving story though! But I hope your reason for not having any spoons left that day wasn't for the same reasons.

Nah - I don't have lupus. I just have real life circumstances, introversion and depression ganging up on me. Being around a lot of unknown people in RL is draining. Kind of like - if normal healthy folk have 100 spoons, and people with lupus have 40, then I'm sitting on 85. If all my ducks are in a row, then I look and am healthy, but I don't have any spare spoons for extra events. Thanks for asking!

Oh hell, I hope this makes sense, lol! I'm kind of sick and delirious. (And might have had a drink or two... simple comforts, people!) And it's just naturally long and rambly. But it's a little bit funny, in places. Or at least Angsty Drew amused me anyway. "forget what we're told, part 3.5"

Update time! The last piece of this phase of Amelia's story: "forget what we're told, part 4". And now we'll give the poor girl a little rest, lol! Next week, we begin the transition into Leila's story - it's been a while since we heard from her

Thank you, Illandrya! They've earned their better place, I think! And I can't wait to share Leila's story with you!

Update time! Just a little thing this weekend, but hopefully not without substance. Consider it a prelude to the next HUGE story set "one day, at sunrise..."

I've already read it - but decided not to be the first to comment. I feel very sad for everyone.

They are certainly walking, maybe not away from one another, but in parallel paths that my never intersect. Stunning writing. You summon every shadow
