Can we have a folder for those of us working on "publication" writing? (And I totally don't mean that with any disrespect to those of us doing "for fun" writing - as you know, I take my "for fun" writing very seriously, lol!) I know there are dozens of forums geared toward publishing talk, but I want to talk here, because it's friendly and quiet here, and because my writing friends are here! I need to be nit-picky though. I'd like it to be kind of inconspicuous, because we'll be talking about our real projects. It doesn't need to be a secret or anything, just hard to find and out of the way. Maybe a subfolder of either the creative process or the IRL folder? With a vague title - I don't have anything in mind, lol! Just kind of vague. Also, can we make it password-locked? I've seen other writing forums do this - and you can post the password in the folder description so anyone can access it if they want, but that way, it keeps search engines out of the folder. That's important to some publishers. Password-locked, and members-only too? Do I sound too paranoid yet? lol ;D Pretty please, with a cherry on top!

Definitely do-able. I'd want to have a chat with Stacey about it first, but definitely do-able.
We can make it invisible to non-members (I think), and passworded (definitely). (I've got an area like that at SpG that we use for RL Photos).

Ooooh, this is a great idea Heheh, Laura, I'm paranoid too. One of my roommates once asked what my novel was about and I just kind of froze and thought "Oh, shit". But yeah, sometimes I do get the urge to talk about my more serious writing too, and it would be nice to have a safe place to do so.
