I haven't posted any entries at my story site for months. Well, there were signs that my old Megahood was going kaboom, and hence I started over on a trimmer copy (less townies and NPCs) of Uber-Megahood. But the new hood had been running smoothly since end of last December. Well, there needed some adjustments to the writing process, so that the story could be tighter and slimmer. But lately, I have caught myself in the never-ending, obsessive loop of writing, rereading, editing, rewriting........ Sigh... So I am starting up writing in progress site on the side, just so I could delude myself in thinking that I may actually get the stories out one of these days. behindmandala.blogspot.com/

Yike! How did I start a new thread without signing in first? Now I couldn't even fix it if I want. Oops.

Question: When does one know one is completely addicted to writing?
Answer:
One got into a horrible fight with the supervisor, to the point of being told that one may loose the job in a month's time. One considered really really hard about quitting the job, so that there could be more time for writing....
In the mean time, a light bulb went off in the head of the addicted writer. "Hey, that particular conflict, the experiences of being yelled at by the boss are really good materials for starting a particular story!!"
Hence, all thoughts about quitting the job evaporated, just so the addicted writer could keep observing the many different people and human interactions at her work, for the purpose of writing.
BAD BAD case of addiction.

LOL! I can't fault you here. Every time me and my hubby get into an argument, I'm mentally noting lines of dialogue
