Well, my stories aren't even close to anything here, but I have a dilema.
In generation 2, I had a love triangle of sorts between the twin brothers. I had them 'work it out', but I now have an opportunity to do it again sort of.
The current legacy spouse is partners with the spare brother, and their relationship is 100%. I could easily turn it romanitcal and have one more child, and cause a memory of the other betrayal.
This isn't really a story in any sense of the word, it's just me telling my legacy in a 'dramatic' fashion I suppose.
Should I cause the issue or just keep it going the way it is?

I love drama. The more the better.
As long as you explain why it's happening (and it doesn't conflict with personalities), I don't think your readers will mind.

Agreed! The more, the better! As long as it suits the characters! Though my characters are trying to prove that too much drama can make your head spin, lol! But yours doesn't sound like too much.

thanks! It would fit, the spare is evil, and he never really trusted his brother after he flirted with the high school girlfriend.
It will make for an interesting story I hope!

So, i took all your advice, and it turned out fantastic!!!
I'm so happy how the last chapter went. Nothing in calaber compared to most of the stories on this board, but I think a huge leap for me! Thanks again.

I've added a new twist, where someone dies, and it would make the whole story so much better, but the closer it gets to having to kill the sim, the harder it is for me to do it. I REALLY like the spouse now. =(

So last night I played out my next chapter....and I went to bed crying. I had to kill a sim, and it was by fire and his cries just destroyed me. I kept wanting to stop it.
I NEVER got as attached to sims in Sims 2 or 1. Why is it different here?

So, I had a major plot twist, and now that it's over, I'm all like: What now?
I haven't been playing because of it. =(

So I destroyed and rebuilt the legacy home in an attempt to get me interested again, and I must say, I hate hate hate the new house. I have to go back in and rebuild again, but I just don't have the heart to. Blah.
