The Avalon Family: An Unofficial Legacy

I'm currently working on The Avalon Family: An Unofficial Legacy. I'm using the basic legacy guidelines - ten generations, no cheats, randomization of traits - but I'm using pre-built houses, and moving my Sims from house to house is allowed. (This is mainly because I don't really enjoy the building aspect of the game, and trying to build a suitable legacy house always frustrates me.) I'm also not playing for points, because when I do, I start focusing on promotions and paintings and skills at the expense of actually making things happen, and then I lose interest.

The story is plotty and full of drama... and it gets dark at times, because I'm apparently incapable of writing a story that isn't dark

Chapters23 and 24 are up (I often post more than one chapter at a time, because I write them out as I play and sometimes don't get around to posting a chapter until I already have a couple more done.) These chapters are mainly focused on Selah and Ferby as they try to sort out their relationship.

I already replied on your latest post, but I wanted to add more here.

Drama! From the first chapter to the last, the storyline gets more and more intense. It seems like you're trying to figure out "what's the worst thing that can happen next" and putting that into action. I LOVE IT!

There's plenty of happy legacies out there. Please keep on with the dark theme you have so far. I don't think there is such a thing as too much drama. So yeah, I can't wait till the next chapter comes out.

I'm glad you like the drama! I've discovered that I seem to be incapable of writing happy stories, so I decided to stick with my strengths.
