Hello. I was invited by Stacey who managed to find my little hidden blog, and I thank her very much for the invite. I write Ruin which will deal with stories out of a world I created a long time ago and have only recently come back to. I also have a sims 2 blog Tierra de Legado where I'm just having fun playing with the supernatural elements to the game. Other stuff that I can tell you that you may or may not remember: I have two cats, I'm Californian, my socks never match, and I love comic books (particularly X-Men-- though I haven't spent money on comic books in years).

Welcome! I like comic books too, though not the usual ones centered around superheroes.

I'll take them any way I can usually. Superheros are just the start.

My comment came out wrong--it isn't that I don't like superhero comics, I just don't read them for some reason. I think because the idea of sifting through them to the beginning is daunting (so many of them have been around for so long), and I don't want to read them out of order for fear I'll miss something important.

Yeah! It's nice to see you! -waves- (I own ONE comic book series, but it's just because I'm such a fangirl. I've got the Anita Blake comics by Marvel. Although, it would have been interesting to read some X-men.)

Hey Lunar! I really should remember to check this thread more often. I can't even remember how I came across your blog but I am glad I did. Ruin is a very interesting story.
Glad to see you on the forum!

No worries, Raquel. I know what you mean. I've always been a "jump into the middle of things" kind of girl I think. Most of my stories start from the middle and work their way to the end and the beginning simultaneously.
*Waves at Monday Morning* ;D What's handy now is that so many of the stories come in graphic novel form. My public library actually has graphic novels now. I was surprised.
Thank you, Carnaxa!
