Hi everyone! I'd like to introduce everyone to SimTopi. A young witch tries to get through college despite the fact that there are supernatural forces at work that's making life difficult for her and her friends.[ Full chapter list at my LJ ] a/n: This story started off as my own personal legacy/prosperity-ish type challenge. I decided to give Generation 3 a more in-depth plot and it kind of steamrolled into what it is now. I would recommend following from the beginning of Gen 3 to have the best understanding of what's going on. Those who've been following know that it's been a huge challenge for me, and that I'm so grateful for everyone who's read and given feedback. But I'm still having fun and I do enjoy working on it. Thanks for encouraging me to post this.

Fantastic story! A fully realized world with complex and unforgettable characters, a twisty plot, drama and humor and some truly incredible illustrative shots. Plus guest stars...
I love your latest update! Willow still doesn't understand what's going on around her...not sure I do either but it is a great read!

@sb thank you very much! You're right, Willow doesn't understand what's going on and it may get all nutty for the next little while, especially with me trying to sort everything out. And why yes, there is a new update! Chapter 35 right this way --> simtopi.livejournal.com/85064.html

I spent all day reading your story, from the pieces you have up for the first and second generations all the way to Chapter 35. Your story is completely engrossing, and I enjoyed it so much! I think my favorite character is Jasmine, but Rowan is pretty awesome in his own way too. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Omg 35 already? Wow, I'm flattered that you'd spend that time, thank you very much! And Rowan <3. That's all I gotta say about him.

Just re-reading some posts in the Creative Process forum and just wanted to mention here that helpful critique on all aspects (images, grammar, structure, plot) is *always* welcome. You can leave it here or there or just PM me and I don't mind harshness as long as it's constructive. Thank you!

You're amazingly brave to me to invite critique. I started reading yesterday, and I'm loving it. One of those stories that I know I'm going to honestly read for fun the same way I'd read any other book. (In other words, another story I don't believe I could find anything to critique even if I tried really hard.)

@thelunarfox thank you! I've never minded critique, and after reading some of the posts, I thought it is nice to read the good stuff about your work, and it's wonderful that people take the time to do so, but I wouldn't want people to stay quiet if there was something that wasn't working and stood out for them. I do write for fun, and I am having a lot of fun with it. At the same time, I know I probably can get carried away, and this is where critique might help me. I struggle with grammar, dialogue, sentence structure and I'm not even sure my plot is all that entertaining, lol. (Why yes, I have low self esteem! ) But yeah, it's all good. I am trying to hone my story telling for when I get to work on my non-sims story which will be a graphic novel of sorts. I know there's always new things to learn.

If you ever want critique on something specific, don't forget the critique board. It's kinda nice because it's a protected little place. I've actually found that I like it more than I thought I would, lol. On a personal note, actually, Willow is very much like I was when I was in my early 20's before I found the internet and really found my voice. I think I'm still that way to a point, but I've never been drunk or even tipsy. Oh, and no magic. So I can vouch for her being real and not a "mary sue."

@illandrya thank you, awww! @lunarfox, yes the Critique forum. I never know how to post there but I'm actually thinking now I could probably narrow it down. And it's neat that you identify with Willow.

Mela, it is pure genius. Part snow fairy, part witch, mixed with enough humor to make me laugh when I haven't had my first cup of coffee and cry later when I have. Plus it's beautiful.
