Who is The Drifter?
Suffering loss and heartache early on in life, he chose to sail away from the tragedies he had been forced to experienced and live a life of solitude and isolation on the rough seas.
But upon arriving in Sunset Valley, a town that he thought would be just like any other he stopped in, he discovers what has been missing in his life all along.
During a routine trip to the local grocers to sell his daily catchment of fish, proves to be life changing when he spots a beautiful young woman in the local park. She leaves an impression on him that he will never be able to forget.
Now a young adult, he attempts to merge back in with society and regain some of the time that he lost. But somehow this young woman has stirred up emotions that he thought were buried deep with in the dark depths of his heart.
Will he have the courage to face these emotions?
And will this beautiful young woman prove to be the shining star that he thinks she is?
So that pretty much sums up The Drifter. lol
I didn't actually want to use this short piece of text because it really only gives you an idea of Part 1, and I'm currently almost at the end of writing
Part 3.
I am working on a proper synopsis for anyone that wishes to catch up quickly, although I don't think it will be ready before I finish up Part 3. Sorry!
I'm really picky with my own writing (since this does not come naturally to me) and I tend to not publish anything until I've read over it like a thousand times! lol
Below are the links for Parts 1, 2 & 3. First two Parts consist of about 10 to 11 chapters including the Finale's. The third part is still a WIP, we are up to chapter 7 and I will hopefully have chapter 8 published in a few days...I think.
