Thanks everybody for the kind comments. I was all excited last night to get back into the Foliages after my little foray into fairy tales, but I was thwarted by the dreaded disk authorization error. Hopefully I can get this resolved soon.

HURRAY HURRAY HURRAY! ~happy dance interlude~ I got it working again! Thank you Catherine, Rad, and Moondaisy for the sympathy and offers of help. I cleaned the disk, tried again, nothing. Restarted the computer, nothing. Tried again, nothing. Pulled hair out and did my best imitation of a neurotic sim freaking out, nothing. Finally today, tried again, and voila! Simmage! I don't know why, but it's working again now. HURRAY! Although I must admit it was a very strange play session.  I'll try to have an update posted by Monday. |
